HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

PLEASE VISIT THE SHOP AND CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE. YOU WILL THEN GO STRAIGHT TO THE CHECK OUT.  

OUR IMAGE UPLOAD FORM IS LINKED AND WILL BE FOUND ON YOUR THANK YOU RECEIPT.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RESULTS?

We work as quickly as possible to provide you with an answer, we offer results within 30 minutes or 1 hour for VIP service, if you choose our standard package, your results

will be sent via email within 24 hours.
 

WHAT IF THE ORDER FORM DOES NOT WORK

You can send your scan images to our email if the upload form isn’t working correctly. Email: info@thenubtechs.com

Include your name and order number in the subject box to avoid delays.

I HAVE NOT RELIEVED MY RESULTS?

We advise to check your junk/spam mail as they can sometimes appear in there.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

​

We no longer offer refunds on incorrect gender predictions, This is because no gender is 100% until birth. After offering refunds and 

having customers send in fake potty shots for refunds we felt this was the right thing to do.

WHAT DOES INCONCLUSIVE MEAN?

​

Unfortunately we do receive images that show no gender markers, if this happens we will send you an inconclusive gender report.

You will also receive a full refund within 5-7 days

THERE ARE A LOT OF GENDER COMPANIES WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOU?

The Nub Techs strive to give its customers not only the most accurate prediction possible, but an experience worth remembering. We know that sometimes scans can be

difficult to read, so we do all the work for you. Our illustrations include but are not limited to babys legs, cord, cord Insertion, arms, hands, feet and much more

(results vary with each scan). We show you the angle of your babys nub as well, all provided to you in an exceptionally illustrated report that showcases exactly how baby

is imaging in the womb. The position of baby can greatly affect the way the nub appears, so showing the position of baby in full illustration is not only visually appealing,

but also helps us a great deal when coming to a decision on the sex of your baby. Along with your illustration you will receive a very detailed report

which explains the nub theory in full. We then finish your report with a percentage of confidence.

ARE YOU TRAINED IN SONOGRAPHY?

​

NO - And we never claimed to be. All of our techs are not trained ultrasound technicians. No ultrasound technicians is specifically trained in the nub theory,

and many have not even heard of it. The nub theory is self taught through many years of experience. Any NUB THEORY PREDICTION COMPANY who claim to be

sonographers should show proof.
